IFA Administrator/ Junior Paraplanner

Location: Andover– with up to 2 days working from home

Full training and mentorship to build Paraplanner knowledge provided

Salary: Up to £32000 DOE plus bonuses

Or perhaps you are a Junior paraplanner looking to work directly with a Senior Paraplanner and relish the development opportunity?

mentorship and the opportunity to work collaboratively with advisers and have great technical exposure. If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Our client, a well-established whole-of-market financial planning company, is in the process of building a robust paraplanning function within the business. After hiring a Senior Paraplanner, they are now excited to hire a Junior Paraplanner, to work alongside their Senior Paraplanner and play a pivotal role in their team and assist with the support to 4 advisers.

 

You and the Senior Paraplanner will have a dedicated team of three administrators providing full support, allowing you to concentrate on building your technical skills.

  • A key role in the business: Up until recently, the Advisers have conducted their own paraplanning, but they have recently introduced the paraplanning function into the team and are keen to cooperate and collaborate with the Senior Paraplanner and Junior Paraplanner to help build a successful paraplanning function within the business. You’ll be part of a pivotal function within the business.
  • Training, Mentoring and support with exams. You will be working alongside a Senior Paraplanner with ample experience with managing, training and developing Junior Paraplanners. Continued professional development will be encouraged, through exam support and technical exposure.

About You: The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience as either an administrator or junior paraplanner within wealth planning, and with supporting advisers and paraplanner is desirable
  • A keen interest in developing paraplanning skills is essential
  • Any exams towards the Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
