- Working as part of a team and assisting other team members where necessary.

Key responsibilities of the role:-
- Completing non-client facing tasks in relation to the preparation and administration of recommendations being made
- Liaising with the financial advisers as appropriate
- Acting as a potential point of contact for our clients and dealing with their queries in an efficient and timely manner
- Collecting all relevant information to support any recommendations to be made and submitting new advice application paperwork
- Making sure all relevant documentation held within a client file is compliant
- Back office maintenance using XPLAN
