- Working closely with the Advisers to ensure clients are offered exceptional care
- Contacting existing clients to organize their annual reviews and booking into the Advisers diary
- Chasing Providers, sending out LOA’s, processing new business
There is the option for some hybrid working (if desired).
Hours are 9am-5pm with 25 days holiday.
Your experience
- Due to the busy nature of the role, you do need experience working within and IFA as an Administrator with at least 1 years experience
- Experience supporting Advisers
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
