- A key role in the business: Up until recently, the Advisers have conducted their own paraplanning, but they have recently introduced the paraplanning function into the team and are keen to cooperate and collaborate with the Senior Paraplanner and Junior Paraplanner to help build a successful paraplanning function within the business. You’ll be part of a pivotal function within the business.
- Training, Mentoring and support with exams. You will be working alongside a Senior Paraplanner with ample experience with managing, training and developing Junior Paraplanners. Continued professional development will be encouraged, through exam support and technical exposure.
